I spoke with one of the technical staffs of UB team and he tells me my problem and what happends to my customers box here
it is local problem here about low speed internet connection here and not your boxes fault
I never need money back, I only needs explanation of problems, it means support, if you explane the errors for me and answer my questions non of th above happends
so I'm really sorry about what I said
