ALL THE OTHER BOXES AND THE FREE SOFTWARE WORK VERY GOOD WITH D500 , WHY NSDONGLE ALWAYS HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THIS PHONE

You can find older posts about this problem. Also the solution. You can try with different firmware. Or select Repair mode flashing.
