I tested this program and it's working with my phoenix programmer. SimSmith incuded ... simscan 2.02.
But don't read Ki from my sim activated in 2003 year.
But interesting works with my sim acticated in 2005 year.
It's read IMSI. Other programs ( cardinal, Imsiviewer ) don't read.
