UB Team will pay delivery costs for replacements?? a customer brought 10pcs w550s today for unlocking.i told him possible w/o opening the phones so i got the job for good price.then i updated my box,after that said device open failed.tried many possibilities to make it work again,uninstall/reinstall software and drivers,try to work with lpt,connect 12v power supply,try with other pc...but no success.this is my first tool which is damaged after updating.then i contacted my reseller,he said i need to send the box for replacement.now,job has gone,customer got angry with me,dhl costs 120€ from turkey to india(cause i dont have account on dhl) and 30-40$ for sendback..is it fair that i have to pay this amount??for me,ub team should pay the dhl costs for the customers who has these box hardware problems which are not caused from us.
