skip ipl/spl = if this option is enabled the bootloader will be not flashed. this helps users not to damage their phones.
skip empty flash = "do not flash empty flash (parts with no information) ==> skip empty flash"
factory settings = factory settings, i dont know how to explain if you dont know what is it
reset device = soft reset (some times usefull to clear life timer)
