I received till now 2 times the .SWS file but I have still problems with Redbox. The second time that i received the .SWS file I went to alphabetically test the softwares from A to Z. They all open correctly till I arrive at the Panasonic folder and then I receive the Bad Key File message, and after that I am no longer able to open the softwares, even those that before Panasonic opened.
@Julvir, If you can take the time to participate with me in this problem and to solve this problem, and generate a new .SWS file for me please, as I am unable to run now softwares.
