Software works with any universal RS232 box, and also with any USB2serial cables. You just have to select the com port where your cable/box resides.

hi jaf philips.
i have 2 unsupported models , but i cant read frimware as software freez while connecting to phone on flash mode .... any way i can help to read this phone somehow ?
