After hanging up on a call, my phone screen had a message 'Test Mode' in red over the screen. I turned off then on again then a 'Local mode' message was there. I can't turn on or off the phone now. Even taking out (and trying someone elses sim card) the battery doesn't help. It takes a minute or two for the 'Local Mode' sign to disappear AFTER the battery has been removed.

Please help!
