I am trying to read phone info of a brand new K750i UK and getting the same error code 305011. Flash ID and info are all like this ?!#!,.##.../'

I own a W800 myself and tried it work straight away.
The battery of phone and cable are all fully charged.
Tried V8.6 V8.4 V8.2 main program and getting the same result.

Any ideas? I have been using USB-Smart for quite a while now and it is the first time I am having trouble.

Can someone help??
