may be the problem is...the phone has virus.better instll a fileman on yopur phone.and use the fileman application to search for viruses,just type *.sis and the file man will search for the *sis files.after the fileman searches the sis files on your phone better remove
the sis files that or which you can not read like for example ghujful.sis.those are virus called comwarrior.after you remove the sis files the phone will restart,after that you install an anti-comwarrior and scan your phone using it.good luck.
