I bought a W810i from a guy i didnt know, but less than 24 hours later my phone stop working and is blocked IMEI number. i tried all the mobile repair shops they said they only unlock onto other networks not unblock barred phones.

I saved up hard to buy the phone and i cant afford to buy another one.

Can changing the IMEI number work and how can i do it???

any help is very appreciated.
