Do not reheat any components ! Bigger chance is that u will **** them than fix them..
Take it off , make new balls ( or use new component with factory made balls - best solution ) and solder it back.
Flash good firmware+virgin eeprom, restore original IMEI, recalculate simlock data and FAID ( with eeprom tools ) and then use REPAIR IMEI option in eeprom tools ( very important ).
If failure remains use wintesla: file - open - NHM5 ( for 3310, just example ) - RF controls ...
Check TX radio button on window appeared, select TX power level 5 instead of BASE, click apply and close ur phone to monitor ( u should see distortion on screen of monitor if PA, antenna switch and cobba are OK.
If still no RF signal it could be 26 MHz clock or something else..
U can use this procedure for diagnostic also...
As u can see no NOKIA expensive equipment involved LOL
