First, the issue has been discussed in private dozen of times. Many promises were given. Almost none kept. I am aware of the situation with the child - that is why we have been waiting for almost a year to get payment for one parcel every time we send goods to him.
Second, he has paid some of his debts but not all. So ti is hard to say whether or not he pays them at all. Considering the open situation I posted in
genereal feedback section and not in cheater's section yet.
