How do you save FS and FW from phone for future use?

How do you make RSA strong again?

I have saved NOR files:

K300i (355796-00-****-*) Full NOR chip backup (2006-10-05 22.53.15) from 4400 to 00.pfb

When I try to re-install into ARM them they seem to stop the phone working.

I don't understand the difference between 'Unlock RSA' and reducing the certificate to Brown.
