Hi,

If phone dead during prepare (can't imagine this situation, anyway here is description):
1. check log file "operation.log" and see what was firmware version in phone
2. download from support area "Main" firmware part the same version
3. make "smart write" box checked and write this "Main" file in phone

2nd file: special backup file, can be decoded only by Infinity-Box support person.
