| bro i have the same problem , try to deal wiz your reseller , but if u r clever person remove the usb dongle inside the box , plug directly into your pc usb and use another usbto serial like unibox by teleway or use your infinity ,vygis and so on cables are the same , so u no need to wait for warranty to return your box
