Hi, since I have updated to 10.36 I can't flash k610

every time stops at 33% with this message :

Script error: PLEASE REPORT THIS ERROR!
Failed in call to USB_TX
Error code: 0000001F
Handle: 00000258, Buffer: 0B3256BC, Count 00000800, Written 00000000

any info about this?

I have both k610i dead
