Problem solved. I had same problem.
Solution.
1. usb-serial driver installation
take this ftdi driver
http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/D2XX.htm
2. after installation ,box is usb - serial device
3. use mprog
http://www.ftdichip.com/Resources/Ut...g3.0_Setup.exe
4. start mprog, scan device , load good eep
5. programm device
6. box is sarasbox
7. use ufs3tools.exe flash firmware 2.6
8. reconnect flash firmware 2.5
9. start UFS_DCTxBB5 and update box
10. box is fine and ready
