you can manufacture this converter by using a RJ45 FEMALE like that of UFS or you can buy a female jack and to modify it 
for me tested and work on *** and BH4/Exxx/BG3 with ordinary universal cable for furious or vygis ,infinity .etc..
and it is well to modify the cables like that of the ALCATEL-ELLE not to damage the original OTUF cable with cuting plastic !!!! i think it's very helpful for otuf users  if I am to mislead please correct me and second gift is PINOUTS for ALCATEL C550/560 ..
