Cheater What Does It Mean Have A Look Here Before Shouting And Screaming

I have seen the word cheater used many times here way out of context. Maybe some people have a problems with the basic understanding of the English language and like to shout cheater before thinking the situation through. Have a look here below at the dictionary definition of the word cheater and try think about this before damaging the incorrect persons reputation.
