Following are Usefull links, Tips are Tricks for our Customers

1) Latest Support Manager ( Also called Shell. It is Used to access
support area, view documentation, It has a special feature to open any Infinity Box module using this
tool
Once installed it creates a shortcut on the desktop by the name
"Infinity Box Shell"

2 ) Latest Dongle Manager ( Used to update dongle to latest firmware. It is
Only needed when software ask you to do so )

3) Problem Upgrading your dongle?

3-1. download latest "DongleManager" here:
http://www.infinity-box.com/download/
3-2. be sure that firewall disabled and "DongleManager.exe" has enough
rights to access network
3-3. be sure that you have Internet connection enabled if problem
still exist:
3-4. download http://www.infinity-box.biz/public/emeralda.ip.rar
3-5. unpack archive
3-6. exit DongleManager
3-7. put "emeralda.ip" file in folder with DongleManager
3-8. run DongleManager
3-9. repeat dongle upgrade process
