Hi

@WAHAB <br />3210 v5.10 is an old version, have you tried using nokia tool build 33 and pressing open all,the phone did not go all four locks closed because of other reasons except by pressing close, mayb this will open all locks. try it twice cause sometimes it doesnt work the first time.
