Try to flash another phone's full backup (MCU + PPM + PMM + Eeprom) into the phone!Don't forget the FAID and SFR!!!
But it seems like hardware fault...
(( I don't understand:you gave the equipment to the service with radio signal problem and you got it back completely unswitchable (in Contact Service state)?!Thats not a servician...Thats a looser...
