it will be good if you will know your phone status befor operation. In your first message phone was "Phone dead before", but in 2nd message "My phone's woking before". Where is the truth ?

Also, if phone has low signal or no signal you must check phone hardware !!! and maybe need to write other firmware (try different files).
You can use repair eeprom files, but there is very small chance that eepom file helps you to repair low network signal level.
