What is firmware version of your phone?
Are you sure your V180 is R364_... (you selected R364) and not R365_... ?
You can change IMEi if flash with any of this versions (R364):
R364_G_0B.D1.09
R364_G_0B.D1.0B
R364_G_0B.D1.1A
R364_G_0B.D1.1E
R364_G_0B.D1.1F
R364_G_0B.D1.20
R364_G_0B.D1.32
(use 1FF file or Reflash + Lang)
