To anyone who's interested...
I sent a Uk Nokia 702 to SPTerminator with locks 1,2 and 4 closed , and it got it back Ok and unlocked , and unlike a ALOT of guys in this business he does answer his phone!!
Just for the record I don't know him but this is my own experience of the guy.
