Hello Infinity Support,

I've had a problem with the X70's. The first one was a couple of weeks ago which gave a 'write error' message at stage 3 - I aborted the unlock - the phone powered up no problem and I returned it to the cucstomer. The second was the same 'write error' message at stage 3 - I decided to press retry - the error just came up again so I decided to pres 'ignore' which I did a further 5 times. The result was a dead phone. I'm sorry but I didn't save the logs but the last one looked identical to the othe member who had this problem. I've read all the threads and tried to flash it various ways but it gets no further than 'echanging parameters' or something similar.

Anyway I have another one here to unlock and wondered if you could load an old version of the software (if it is as easy as that) - as I never had a problems in the past. The one I have on hand is a sure thing a good old A31 but I'll await your response before I attempt anything. Any assistance would be appreciated please. Thank you.
