I'm really appreciate for your help.

Unfortunately, neither bitpim nor spclg not work with USB Cable and unknown phone model (LSP-350). LGE CDMA USB Modem and LGE CDMA USB Serial Port had different COM Port (COM 4 and COM 5). I'd try make virtual serial COM Port for LGE CDMA USB Modem from COM 4 to COM 2 with same result.

But, anyway thanks a lot to both of you.
