sagtel, ur right but i don't think the support has failed you yet. if there are many files of the same model and it takes a lot of time to search, i see it as no problem. the same thing i do every now and then on the support site.
maybe it will help as you said if one gets to know the exact file type. thanks for the request and maybe infinity team can add some life into the software appearance (a change to the new system).
