| Seems your last box that you have got was wrongly programmed as Universal Box and not as Vygis-USBBox.
The difference is the content of the ftdi-eeprom.
If you know how to do -- read out the eeprom from your VPower and write it to the Vygis-box, by MProg software ot by physical programming the eeprom.
If not, then send the USB-SERIAL ... box to your reseller for repair or replacement.
