InfinitySupport pls check what a pro. with my box.......

i unlock lots of mobile with INFINITY-BOX. but now i have a some problme when i unlock moto c118,139 etc i get bellow error

COM9 [VCP0] selected
Action: unlock
Device: C113(a),C114,C115,C116,C117,C118
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
connection mode: 00
error: boot failure[04]: general communication fault.
Release Power button !
Connect Fail
Finished, time used: 20 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

use the another connection method 3 see

Press and HOLD Power button...

try all but problme is same .... my cable is ok bec. i try on another infinity-box it working prefect......and yes not in a same mobile i try with 10 moto. mobile

pls check and tell me what the problem with me
