i have 1 t191 wich is dead(this way came to me)

i tried to flash it with dm tools and it doesn`t seem to connect

on the other hand, when it try to unlock it or flash language with kima 7.7(or any other option) , on the display appears the bar but it`s not moving...

i took the battery away and put it back ..i even tried to do it without battery

sometimes it beeps when i press pw on (connected to kima only)

what seem to be the problem and how can i solve it ?
