Next time, make sure that you select correct phone model on NsPro: E250, E250D
You can see the phone version by typing code *#1234# or by using Get Info function on NsPro.
E250D phones are named like this: E250DXAGI4
If you try to unlock E250D as E250, the phone signal will be gone after unlock.
So make sure that you select correct model.
To fix a damaged phone, write eeprom ( you can find eeprom files on NsPro support area) then write back the original IMEI.
