| First of all tell me which version of UFS Suite you are using. You must use HWK to successfully flash BB5 sets. If you are already using these, please check Dual Line option in UFS-HWK 2.0.6 and try. If it does not work, wash the board put some paste on UPP and Flash IC and apply adequate heat. Be carefull. Try and post result.
