why and when and how can I reuse my support account ????????

when i try to download some files i see a message told me that my account has been suspended...

and i am sure that no one can use it at all .

i send two Emails to supporter with nothing till now so what i should do ????

no care about me but why?????

i bought this box to use it not to learn how to send Emails!!!!!!!!!!!

so if there any supporter here can help that is good if not that is too BAD...

i will wait and see...
