| this error happens usually with z series phone when the usb port power is not enough to power the phone so in this case u will need aspeical adaptor to be able to deal with those phones
about ur case u may need to uninstall and reinstall ns pro and drivers also try another usb port and make sure that ns is connected directly with no hubs |
