Lg C1500 flashing problem

Hi, I have a Lg c1500 who is conected net10 prepaid service. I want to change the phone software to get rid of the 0.00 airtime msg. First I made a full backup of the phone actual software. then I flashed the phone with flash file on support, after flashing the phone it keep restarting. I restored the backup and phone was ok. but with the 0.00 airtime msg.

Phone power on ok, but it still have the call restrintion. anyone can help me with this?
