bkewl first at all thank you for you kind responded.

I did follow exactly your way to install and step, the only one is the install file (I'm using - GarminMobileXTforPocketPCwithGPS10_41001wBeta(ver 4.10.01wp), get form garmin site)but still the same problem which Garmin XT still unable detect Holux 236 GPS receiver.

is that because of the file? or ? please advise.

if your have the workable version, mind to post it?
