Hello, i got one chinese phone and could not switch on the bluetooth.

I tried flash and format but still giving me result.
When after flashed or formatted, i can enter to the Bluetooth menu only once and i checked the bluetooth address was blank.

Bluetooth Address :
00:00:00:00:00:00:

Is there any trick to write back or repair the bluetooth? or maybe hardware fault?
