i dont know that is this model all i see is bluetooth then under keypad there is a word ma bao and i see in this in window of infinity software

New firmware detected:
E551_C4Q_E551_GPRS_MT6226_S01.01_1.BIN

and i cant see this firmware in support site can you tell me is there any compatible firmware for this phone?

i already format this but still blank screen with blank box in screen no letters
