Have a W910 which will not unlock!

Press ERASE LOCKS
and get the following log

Power off phone with battery,Press C key & plug DCU-60 in ...
Connect to phone success!
Baseband ID:C802
Protocol version:0401
EROM CID:52
OTP CID:52
OTP LOCK:1
IMEI:3588750168***x
Connecting server...
Connect Server Success!
User authen success!
Unlock request sent!
Your requested data is in queue now,please try again later!
Time: 00min 05sec

But it doesn't take any credits, and everytime I try to connect I get the same log as above!
