But i try to connect the pinouts of this mode, but nothing.

3: connect to phone pin 4

1.-I connect to Pin 3 (Of the Cable RJ45) into pin 11 of the cable of the phone.
2.-connect to Pin 2 (Of the Cable RJ45) into pin 10 of the cable of the phone.
3.- connect to Pin GND (Of the Cable RJ45) into pin 24 of the cable of the phone.

But what is the pin 4 (Of the Cable RJ45, it is a VCC pin?), if it is...i connect this pin, into pin 3 of the cable phone.

But how connect the Pin 3 (Of the Cable RJ45) into pin 4 of the cable of the phone.?

Please I need your help....show me how connect this cables (Unicable) to unlock Pantech....
