hello MR jack,
i'm the reseller in malaysia, now many of my dealer & i face many china phone can not flash & format phone, it just can read phone only. but 1 thing use other flashing tool is o.k no problem ....

we hope MR jack can look in to it & slove this problem a.s.a.p ..............
