Job Description
We have a number of positions for Level 3 Mobile Phone Repair Engineers based in London & Manchester area. All applicants must have strong electronics experience to component level and strong diagnostic skills.

The Level 3 Engineers will be completing a range of tasks to ensure the smooth flow of the products through the Repair Centre, providing a high standard of repair to external customer and to internal process partners.

You will be working to achieve KPI's that include;

Productivity
Quality of Repair
Housekeeping standards
Turn around time

Working any one of a variety of shifts, Technicians and Operatives will be required to partake in the following:

Cosmetic Replacement
Component Level Fault Finding
Component Level Fault Resolution
Hand Soldering
BGA operation
Operation of RF test equipment to include: RF test sets, Spectrum Analysers, Signal Generators and Oscilloscopes.
Reference to manufacturers service documents
Working within strict manufacturers guidelines
Housekeeping
Attending communications (daily team briefings, team meetings)
Where needed, a pro-active approach to problem solving, within a structure set out by the ATL's and Production Leaders.

COMPETENCIES and SKILLS and EXPERIENCE
Candidates for the Technician role must be numerate, literate and computer literate. They must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to undertake the full range of activities required by the business and may need to work different shift patterns. Must be physically capable of completing the work.

Level 3 Technicians require recent experience working to at minimum a Level 2 borderline Level 3, with experience in a range of handsets.
