Hi

I have Phoenix 2008.04.007.32837 installed and "8600 RM-164_CareDP_5.0_GLOBAL.exe" firmware installed for my phone. When I open Phoenix and plug in my phone and click on "scan product". I get the following error message:

Could not load the logical product
HRESULT 0x80010105 (-2147417851)
This means:
The server threw an exception.

Could not load the product specific menu;Phoenix Product Manager=0x80010105
--------------------------------

Could someone please provide any help with this? I have been searching everywhere and can't seem to find the answer. Also I know there is a new version of the firmware "8600 RM-164_CareDP_5.4_GLOBAL.exe" does anyone have a link to download that firmware?
