hello ...
i want to buy vygis toolbox for lg only..
i have found some offers in ipmart site..one of them it's :

Vygis Toolbox (LG Activated Only) Packaged with 16 pcs Cables
Autosearch algorythm - new version unlocking without software update. It can change IMEI for LG-B1200 and LG-B1300, is a phones software repairing for other supported LG phones, etc.

and note what written above it's (without software update) is that mean i can't download any new updates or what that mean...?
