I have siemens SL75 .When power on phone .After siemens Logo , it said "Wrong software" then turn off . I used PapuaUtils :

Auto Ignition...
Transfer boot...
BOOT is loaded...
Pause 2 sec...
Getting Information...
FlashID: 0001,227E (64Mb)
Data are read through incorrectly!
SL75 SIEMENS ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ
The information is incorrect!

OTP ESN: FE7DA2D9
OTP IMEI: It is not written down or incorrect
Boot released.

Problem is OTP IMEI .So i can not unlock.Please help me.
