no i don't have vertu firmware,
, i don't know what to do now, vertu on hand for repairing but no software to repair vertu rhv-2
.
in my case vertu like nokia software problem blank,hang,led light turn on and off,......
my hope genie can do more for repairing vertu
i interesting genie because of word : universal
