If power switch is damaged then You can not flash phone
If You can flash it, it means that hagar, 26Mhz, cpu, ram and flash are ok ( cpu boots normally ) !!! Anyway, when You do full flash, read full flash again and compare with one You flash in phone...If there is any difference then flash is damaged...
Otherwise, check/change ccont, 32768kHz osc B200, current consumption...
