Use NEC N8 usb cable. download and install driver from support area.

For finish unlock you must do this STEP by STEP.
Check phone battery, if is very low phone can be damaged.
Press key 1 and will appears the MENU
Enter 99 and press the right top key
Enter 3 and press the right top key
Enter 1 and wait few seconds, format area will be erased
And finally press 3 times the right top key (phone will PowerOff)
Now, your phone is unlocked
